Terms of Service

• "Account"—A registered account created on the Platform for a Student, Parent/Guardian, or Institutional User.
• "Child / Children"—An individual under the age of 18 years, as defined under the DPDP Act.
• "Student"—An individual using the Platform to receive assessments, guidance, and roadmaps (may be a Child or adult).
• "Parent/Guardian"—The lawful parent or legal guardian of a Child user.
• "Institution"—A school, college, coaching centre, or other educational entity that uses or facilitates use of the Platform.
• "Content"—Any text, data, information, graphics, audio, video, or other materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform.
• "AI Features"—Features that use artificial intelligence models (for example, Google Gemini) to generate responses, suggestions, or recommendations.

• •You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your Account
• •You will immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account

For Children, Parents/Guardians and Institutions share responsibility for ensuring login details are handled safely.

The Platform may provide some or all of the following services:

• •Online psychometric and interest assessments
• •AI-powered education and career exploration guidance
• •Personalized, time-bound learning and career roadmaps
• •Dashboards for Students and Institutions showing progress and aggregated insights
• •Notifications, email/SMS updates, and other communication tools
• •Other features that support education, self-understanding, skill-building, and career planning

We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time.

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to:

• •Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• •Upload obscene, violent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content
• •Share content promoting self-harm, substance abuse, or dangerous activities
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• •Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) without prior written permission
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure

We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these obligations.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We recognise DPDP Act requirements for children's data, including obtaining verifiable parental consent and avoiding tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at Children.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services such as learning content providers, college websites, payment gateways, and AI model providers. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. Nexutor.AI is not responsible for the availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We may at any time add new features, modify or discontinue existing features, or limit access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Where changes significantly affect users, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• •You breach these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• •You misuse the Platform or AI Features
• •We are required to do so by law, court order, or government authority
• •There is suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your Account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nexutor.AI makes no warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and for any decisions or actions you take based on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexutor.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Nexutor.AI in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexutor.AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms, your User Content, or any misrepresentation or wrongful act by you. For Children, this indemnity is primarily the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice for material changes. If you continue to use the Platform after the revised Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. For Parents/Guardians, you confirm acceptance on behalf of your Child. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are recommendations only and do not constitute professional advice or guarantees of any outcome.
